Shipping policy

Please note that production time can take anywhere from 4 to 6 weeks. When your wig is complete we will e-mail you to confirm everything is right with your order. Once you have accepted, we will ensure your new wig will be sent to you as soon as possible. Please note that based on your location shipping time may vary. Please allow some time for your package to get to you. We will provide you with a track and trace code so you can follow the journey of your package.
