Store Policy

• Our products are made to order. This means that we don’t keep any products in stock
  and it takes time to create the perfect wig for you.
• All sales are final, we do not accept returns due to these products being custom made.
• Orders can take anywhere from 4 to 6 weeks to ship out. This does not include shipping time. If you need your wig sooner, please contact us.
• Please note that colours on your screen may vary from the actual colour. We try our best to show the colours as accurate as possible.
• The customer will be responsible for extra costs such as import costs and taxes.
• If you want to cancel your order, please do so as quickly as possible as we do not give refunds after your product is processed.

Please do not wait till the very last moment to place
your order. We advice you to order in advance as some delays will not be in our
hands. These things could be a delay in shipping due to weather, strikes or
holidays. Unfortunately because of risks with fraud your package will need your
signature upon delivery.
